Cancellation Policy

At RVC Aesthetics I understand that life sometimes gets in the way of taking time for yourself.

However it is unfortunate that I have had to introduce a cancellation policy to protect my business from  "no-shows".

Your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled easily online via the booking area.

However, appointments cancelled within 24 hours will need to be paid for in full and a payment link will be sent to you for the full amount.

This includes illness on the day of your appointment unless advised by your practitioner that the treatment cannot go ahead.

Please note that in certain circumstances your practitioner will use her discretion and may choose not to ask for full payment.
